Rebates listing on web and mobile

I designed the UI/UX and infographics for CommBank's Benefits Finder, turning 270+ government rebates into a five-question tool that surfaced more than $1.2 billion in unclaimed benefits for over two million Australians by 2023.

Benefits finder helped over 2.2 million Australians commence claims – connecting customers to more than $1.2 billion in unclaimed government benefits and rebates. The mechanic was deliberately simple: five questions, a personalised list of what you can claim. It surfaced $153M in its first year, $481M in a single year by 2021, and crossed $1.2 billion total by early 2023. Two industry awards followed.

$12 billion in targeted social program benefits goes unclaimed every year. Benefits finder was built to close that gap – five questions at a time.
