AgriWebb Fun Committee ping pong tournament

I helped design culture for AgriWebb's hybrid team for two years, treating connection as something built deliberately rather than left to chance – because culture doesn't happen by accident, it gets designed too.

Section 01 – The challenge

The challenge

In hybrid environments, organic culture fades. Without intentional touchpoints, work becomes transactional and remote employees risk isolation.

The goal

A culture committee isn't about throwing parties – it's about architecting meaningful connection and equity across distributed teams.

Section 02 – The process

StructureA lean, cross-functional team of 3–5 volunteers backed by HR.

OwnershipAnyone could pitch ideas, taking full ownership to drive them forward.

ExecutionManaged via weekly 15-minute standups, dedicated Slack channels, and lightweight CTO budget approval.
